The core 5/6 need to get on the same page again. Decrease the talent your playing (although your playing norms) and build back the chemistry.
Some of you are jogging back on defense after you make a bucket but stand still after a turnover? You’re getting embarrassed by normal players. ESC is way too talented to play like this. Rewatch this video and keep count how many times no one closed out on shooters. Keep count on how many times ANYONE boxed out for rebounds. Want your chapter to survive and thrive? Go back to the basics. Being able to play on such a huge platform is a gift, a gift that each of you have 100% earned your all great ballers but it literally looks like some of you are out here because you HAVE to make content… no one wants to watch 0 effort. We don’t care if you win every game, but honestly y’all are disrespecting the game with lack of effort. Turn the cameras off for a while and get into lab. After y’all goofy ass haters lighting up Jacob, I watched it back. He made some bad decisions, lacked hustle for sure but, he forced misses and sloppy shots like crazy, had some effective screens, plenty of boards. Fact is, the whole squad got out hustled harx af. Dukes really been stepping up, especially since the squad is hurt. I love slim he really been my guy from the start but his lack of energy and defense is starting to really show. Jacob obviously new but he has a lot to learn and improve on or else he won’t be playing here much longer!!
