The Wizards improve to 31-36 on the season, while the Raptors fall to 27-40.

Only reason Raptors could even score late in the fourth and OT. He also set up several plays in the clutch for his teammates who all missed. He did his part..

At this point, I feel like the Raptors are purposely throwing the game in the 4th quarter. You would think that they have learned there lesson by now “to not give the ball to Pascal in the final seconds for the game winner”. Great game Washington!
