Honestly I respect the effort from the defender. When you play ball with special talents and you see them dunk on your basket without any resistance it really sicks in your mind. Now being dunked on sucks but I’d rather go up and contest it then let him get a free bucket. Pride aside, you never let them go up without a body there, cause at the end of the day he was just a little more athletic.
