Anyone that didn’t see it, west coast won 3-0. Nobody on the east showed up except slim. First 2 games were blowouts, east scored 4 in the 1st and 5 in the 2nd. It wasn’t close. I was worried when I saw this practice vid cuz east coast looked like they weren’t taking it serious while the west was working.

I know hindsight is 20/20 but after watching the game and then watching this practice it makes perfectly good sense why the west coast destroyed the east coast the way they did, East coast is practicing like they’re just going through the motions and lack luster. The west coast are playing each other with intensity challenging one another while still being organized
