To the TNT guys; the Nets are a team owned, run and managed by people who do not understand NBA basketball. That includes Kyrie and KD who are supremely talented players. I understand that the Spurs, Miami and GSW and maybe the Bucks right now are outliers but those are the league culture setters. That’s the bar. Nets leadership is so far away from those standards, pretending to be competitive with them is insulting.

More drama in the NBA than an episode of desperate housewives lol. NBA coaches gotta deal w more “players issues” than the WNBA at this point

To the defense of Nash, he was given no chance…. a first year coach with no experience in charge of a team with a bunch of “house wives of Beverly Hills” in a “win now” environment, it’s no wonder he failed and is treated as a scapegoat. Hopefully his experience in Brooklyn doesn’t deter him from coaching in the future; I think he can be a decent coach even a great one if he’s put in a situation with a young team in rebuild mode, this will give him time to develop as a coach as well as helping younger talent (with less ego and more drive.)

The Nets went all in when they got KD and Kyrie, just like how franchises do when they get Lebron. Didnt pay off. Its almost guaranteed now that KD will go back to OKC and Lebron to Cleveland or some other strong team to get their next ring.

Shaq said that the two people that don’t want to be leaders need to lead by example. Hahahaha They’re doing a good job right now of leading that team to nowhere.

This is why you didn’t make it on the top 75 yet Kyrie Irvin, not the conspiracy theorists. You can’t be an offensive guy and not score once until the 4th quarter, and only have 4 points.

KD said they needed no coach. They have been running zero plays and rested whenever they felt like it, funny to me how they suddenly blame the coach when it looked like there was no one there for KD’s whole time with the Nets. Also blamed the unrest in the summer for how the team is doing, even though he was the main cause of that as well 😂

Chuck, you are correct about the Nets. Getting a coach fired by Thanksgiving also qualifies for getting a coach fired by Christmas. You could say they’re ahead of schedule . 😂

What Nets lack is “Identity”. When u watch them you don’t understand what they’re trying to do as a team.
