the drill is simple for skilled players, what makes it 20x more difficult is if you miss 3 shots, you fail the drill. Overall, very good drill for rhythm, relentless scoring, and deadeye badges just to name a few! 🔥

it’s not 100% necessary but it’s the best way to be consistent. sometimes the grooves in the ball can mess up your shot if your fingers hit them the wrong way. great shooters can adjust the ball in their hands to make it straight super quickly before they release.

pretty sure curry can do a marathon if he really wanted to. he’s the goat shooter, but one of his underappreciated aspects is also his stamina which is also probably the best in the NBA. hell, curry put dellavedova in the hospital just by running him around on the court.
