Although Aldridge is already past his prime, Portland had Oden, Roy and Aldridge, all of whom had their careers cut short due to career ending injuries or ailments. How unlucky can you get.

What does Shaq mean every time he says “He played the right way.” I really want to know what his definition of “right” is. xD
My guess is he wants tall guys to play like old day centres with post moves. xD

One of the last true big men to post of and play the right way. Glad to hear Shaq give praise to Aldridge. It was great watching him in San Antonio play with Tim Duncan. 🙏🏼 Thank you for giving your best to our city. Wishing you good healthy and a prosperous life ahead.

He was closest to a ring than he had ever been. Pulling the plug was not an easy decision.

Lamarcus could have easily sat out the rest of the season and gotten a free chip from the Nets. Props for him prioritizing his Health over success

Wishing Lamarcus Aldridge all the best! He was my favourite player on Portland; I remember him averaging 40 and 15 in the playoffs, so amazing to be a witness
