This is why you don’t bring politics in to sports.

Gee, if we actually had some real leadership in the White House, maybe the USA would have a better handle on things eight months into a pandemic.

I wouldn’t feel bad for them, but I do for the fact, any of these players that bought homes ,invenestments etc since nba contracts are pre guaranteed. They have to deal with less money to pay their bills

I’ll tell you that the NBA, NFL, MLB and college basketball are nothing but big business in the tune of multi billions of dollars and the owners/players don’t want to lose their cash and covid had taken a big hit on workers and businesses in which put millions of people out of work and the billionaires r not going to lose that much 💯💯💯💯💯💪💪💪💪👊👊👊💪🤔🤔

This sounds a lot like the people who complain about the USWNT not being “paid enough”… you make what you are worth.

If the NBBLMA(National Basketball Black Lives Matter Association) opened back up and they stopped all the social justice crying and focused on basketball they would be worth a lot more because people would actually watch. I personally watch games and as soon as I hear social justice pandering from a commentator I turn it off.

If they want to make more, they should shut up and play. Pick your poison, they chose to go this route and this is what it looks like and it only gets worse from here, if they prefer being paid more they can easily fix it by focusing on the sport.

The NFL is allowing fans and they are focusing on the game rather than a misguided social issue, and they are doing great all things considered, take notes NBBLMA.

Why is social justice such a toxic thing in your mind? These guys are human beings, they have a right to speak out if they feel obligated.

What do they expect ? Classic socialist mentality, share the profit but no the losses. The players are part of the league, so its time to take the hit. I would like to see the SJW champion LEWOKE james take a 30 % cut in his pay

…isn’t the easy answer just to have the owners pay the most, the rich players the second most, and not take anything from the lowest tier??? simple, right? oh wait…the lower tier players are not making the decisions…
