It’s because people on his team can’t hit a shot when he passes to them. I can see who watches his games and who doesn’t. He should be averaging double digit assists if people on his team would hit wide open shots.

If the guys in the G-League are just “scrubs” and not Mac, why are they getting called up to NBA teams when Mac is statistically better?? Mac is the leading scorer in the G-League right now and is averaging 7 to 8 assists per game. He also averages around 6 to 7 rebounds a game. He deserves to be in the NBA.

And he’s 6’2. Actually according to his nba combine, McClung had the quickest time of any draftee over the last 15 years or so. So he is definitely quicker than most all nba starters right now

He had 3 steals in his last game and a block that they didn’t put in his stats. Nice try though. He plays better defense than 90% of PG’s in the NBA today.

He’s actually had multiple game winning defensive plays. He also had some of the best speed compared to anyone. The bad defense and short arms are talking points from 4 years ago. He’s proven his defense over and over. Watch the tapes man

He deserved to be on an NBA team last season. They are doing Mac dirty. The people who actually watch him play knows he’s the best PG in the G-League and deserves a permanent contract on an NBA team. Man had a statline of 20/9/9 in his last NBA game with 5 forced turnovers. That tells us all we need to know. Give the man the chance he deserves.
