Shai Gilgeous-Alexander recorded 27 PTS, 9 REB and 5 AST for the Thunder, while Josh Giddey, the No. 6 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft from Australia, added 18 PTS and 10 AST in the victory. Russell Westbrook tallied 20 PTS, 14 REB, and 13 AST for the Lakers in the losing effort, his 1st triple-double of the season and the 185th of his career.
