On top of that, Sixers are currently the 2nd best defensive team in the NBA with Joel as the highest defensive efficiency among centers. Which means not only he is scoring 35 a game, he is also playing top 5 defense.
Embiid is such a high iq defender he always communicates to his team on defense. 1st in defensive rating and 2nd best defense in the league. He really is the Anchor to the sixers defense should be runner for DPOY & MVP
