We brought 24 of the top hoopers in the YouTube basketball community to Los Angeles for an EPIC 5v5 tournament followed by a 3v3 tournament and an East vs West 1v1 match ups.
In episode 6 of the 5v5 tournament we have Team Kam featuring Kam from TNC/Friga Fam, Frank Nitty, Ty Glover, Deebones, Speedo and Mike Walk. Facing off against In The Lab featuring Pe’Shon Howard, Dom, Desean, AB, Darae and LT. There’s a lot of history between Frank and In The Lab and there was a lot of pride on the line this game.

Cams team offense is too stagnant. It’s all 1v1 or pick and roll with the other guards just standing at the three point line. It’s easy to guard an offense that’s not moving the ball, over dribbling, no down/flair screens. Ty NEEDS to touch the ball and he CANT be the only one locked in defensively. Ty also can’t be the only one going after offensive rebounds.

Cams team messed up when they started to play in the labs game. 22:00 When they slowed the game down, got some movement other than on the ball, and got open looks by passing they started to score with ease.

Frank you have to play better. You didn’t hustle this game and you gave up, which started a trickle down affect. Debones has to make shots and smarter plays offensively. Ty NEEDS TO TOUCH THE BALL! He played with a lot of energy and grabbed a lot of offensive rebounds, locked in on defense as well. Speedo needs to play like a true pass first/ get to the rim guard, the 3’s will come. Cam played well. The other lightskin dude has to lock in defensively, seems like a liability on offense.

Nitty and Speedo have to play like pass first guards, the shots will come. The whole team has to move on offense. It’s too easy to guard a 5 out with no movement. Especially when you aren’t shooting well. Have to lock in/hustle defensively

Yeah Team Kam weren’t playing like a team today. Too many ISO plays. They were passing the ball but it wasn’t enough to find the better shot. No got back on defense after a bad shot was taken or they would give up when the ball was turned over.
