If championships are won in the last 45 seconds of the game, a smart playoff team will hack-a-Ben and force him on the line.

I’m a Nets fan but our main problem is lack of continuity and identity, how are we going to develop chemistry if one player has not played one second on the court this season, and another can only play on the road, plus KDs injury so I’ll be grateful if we make it to the second round

Then take a look at what Kyrie, (without KD, Simmons, Griffin, Claxton or Harris) did on Feb. 26th in Fiserv forum in Milwaukee, WI against a fully loaded Bucks minus Lopez who just beat the Heat on Mar. 2nd.

@Anthony Severino it is you can tell. Didn’t mean to come down on y’all that bad, but it’s frustrating how they don’t see what we’re doing. We can win a game at will Kyrie proved that against the Bucks. We have no choice, but to get the 10th seed unless all vaccine mandates are lifted.

@Anthony Severino Yeah we’re going to be fine. If all the mandates were lifted today the Nets go 17-1 or 18-0. Getting clear of having to play the Raptors. They are the only legit threat to the Nets getting out of the East outside of the Bucks. KD would slow Harden, and Ben could limit Embid. I’m not convinced KD can get by the Raptors without Kyrie, but then again we could probably put Simmons on Vanfleet. Then KD can focus on slowing Siakam. I don’t know what we’d do with Scottie Barnes though. Dude is a legit star in the making. Drummond can’t stick with him. He’s going to be better than GS’s Kuminga I bet.

@Mike Funny I agree, also Miami scares me a little bit, especially since we might see them in the first round, do you think that we can jump to the 6th seed without Simmons and part time Kyrie

Kyrie, Ben and Durant on the floor at the same time, playing all games, I think probably take it out of the East. Folks forget about playoff basketball. KD and Kyrie are tested and proven. Philly could make something happen. The Heat are deep. Can’t count out the Bucks or Bulls. The Nets just have a lot of question marks right now. The mandate, Ben’s cardio and game shape, and KD being fresh late because he’s gonna carry the load at home. I dunno, but right now, I would say Philly or Bucks out of the East and the Suns or GS out of the West. Bulls and Grizzlies could make a move, but that’s my top 4.

If you gonna compare Ben Simmons to draymond on GS I guess Harden in Philly would be Durant joining GS

I think it’s hilarious that these so called “NBA Analysts” are doubting the Nets. The NETS aren’t the Lakers. They [(HAVE TO GET THE 10 SEED)] in order to get ROAD COURT ADVANTAGE FOR KYRIE. They also have to find a way to avoid the Raptors. How quickly everyone forgets how badly KYRIE & KD ABSOLUTELY Destroyed THE BUCKS without Harden. How quickly everyone forgets KD almost went 2-1 without KYRIE. With HARDEN PUTTING UP NUMBERS THAT MADE WESTBROOK LOOK LIKE STEPH AGAINST THEM. 10.8ppg on 31% shooting

Man nobody care about Ben Simmons, this guy missed the entire season then gets a new team & still isn’t playing because he’s hurt. Even tho he hasn’t played since the 2nd round of the 2021 playoffs

So the Heat win with the a lot of players missing yet you talk about the Nets that are barely in the playoffs. Smh.

Brooklyn WITH both kyrie n KD is not good enough to beat the Heat, sixers and bucks. Their team is not good, KD can win you few games but not series

Brooklyn aren’t winning it this season, but next season with a potential mandate change regarding the vax rules and Simmons being settled makes them a live contender. Too much for them to fix at this late stage

Durant ain’t no champion. If he never went to the warriors. He be sitting with zero rings. He’s super hype and ain’t as great as Kobe Bryant and that’s facts. I’m over his game now 💯
