Donovan is a stud. Now he isn’t ELITE but he’s definitely an all star with #1 potential on a title team imo in the right situation. If he doesn’t stay in Utah I’d love him in Miami where he almost got drafted

2 Things, Mitchell is not a Superstar he is a All star and #2 the Jazz are picking Mitchell over Gobert for the future. Jazz are not going to give 250 Mill Rudy Gobert a big man who is not the future of the NBA.

If Bogdanovic was healthy the Jazz could be title contenders. Without him they’re 1st or 2nd rd exit. Regardless theyve got enough pieces to compete. Especially cuz Donovan is still growing and improving. He’s not a superstar yet, but I got him in the same bucket as Tatum, Siakam and Shai Gilgeous. Those 3 along with Mitchell all have the potential to take that next step and be that 27 or 28 ppg guy who can be a top 10 player. Odds are only 1 or 2 will actually achieve it. But they’re all on the same level to me right now

Small market teams draft these guys develop them then once they become stars they leave for bigger markets .

Donovan is a super-star by this criteria, he has proven to be able to go toe-to-toe in the playoffs and be victorious against them when it matters most.
Remember his last two playoffs winning games and being the best player on the court against other superstars. Mitchell will re-sign with the Utah Jazz because he will be a restricted free agent next summer and they can match any offer, which they certainly will. After that contract ends he will leave for sure to play in a bigger market as all superstar players do because of the business advantages of those markets and noteriety.
