In my opinion he’s losing hope in Milwaukee, a year ago this was the same guy that didn’t want to work out with anyone else in the league and now he wants to join up with players like AD, Bron and KD. In my opinion Giannis is not top 5 in the league, it’s LeBron, KD, Kawhi, AD and Steph. Granted Giannis does need help but he can’t say he’s fine to be the second option if the MVP of the league 🤷🏾‍♂️

Giannis is not just MVP but DPOY and back-to-back MVP and still doesn’t identify as the alpha and leader on the team?

He didn’t say “I don’t want to be the man/no. 1”. He said it doesn’t matter! That’s not the same thing.

I’m with Giannis, winning is what matters, egos hold you back, Look at Kyrie leaving Cleveland he wanted to be the man and he had a couple lackluster injury riddled seasons since and now he could potentially be the 3rd guy behind 2 of the greatest scorers ever ( Durant,Harden), talk about taking the long way round, They probably would’ve won another championship in Cleveland by now if he doesn’t demand a trade

The media is terrible bruh imagine if Giannis left and went to a team better than his the media would say he doesn’t want to compete and then if he wins say his rings don’t count and they will try and get him to leave a good team and say that he needs to be able to do it with no help and then if he can’t they’ll tell us he’s not that good

This man is really going to argue that a back-to-back MVP isn’t ready to be a number one option? Please, he’s evidently trying to attract better teammates to a small market franchise, it’s often the simplest explanation that makes the most sense. ESPN trying to create smoke with no fire.

You don’t have to be the leader of the team to be the best player of that team. Kawhi is always going to be the first option but never the leader, Giannis might be the same. It doesn’t make them any LESS of a player, that’s simply how their personalities are wired.

Dirk’s championship was special. Giannis needs to lead and not be a follower.

Take note of “I just want to WIN”. That is what Jimmy and the Heat are saying. 😉
