He did a good job of leading the nets against the bucks 2021 by himself to a game 7 carrying the nets and all those years in okc he did good leading them but that simple fact was there were just better teams and only thing I’ll say was the 3-1 lead he blew against the warriors in 16 were he did a bad job leading

@Urbain Delva each team has different players with different personalities but everyone has an ego that is hard to put on the shelf sometimes.
lbj feeds people’s ego not only on the court with his williningness to make the right play at the right time but also off the court through motivation, someone like jokic is similar in that aspect making his teammates better.
an superteam essently is an 3 headed monster where atleast 1 superstar will be left out or feeling underappreciated without an great player like lebron to find them and feed them easy baskets

building superteams like the nets or suns or like the lakers (shaq, kobe, gp, karl roster in the past) do not win or become a disaster in the end.
building superteams properly such as through the draft (gsw dynasty, nuggets, bucks) takes patience and most often rewarded heftily with a ring
