@Un Redacted probably not… considering only 2 teams in the last decade have done so… 2012 Kentucky and 2015 Duke. And even the Duke team had senior leadership. Kentucky has only been out before the elite 8 2 times since cal has been here. He’s been to 2 National championship games, 4 final fours, and 6 elite eights.

Boston needs to talk to Rose and Wall to be successful in the Cal offense and excel in it. If not he’ll dud out like the Harrison twins. That dribble penetration open court offense isn’t as easy as it looks. He put that “go to the cup no matter what” for UK and he’ll steal the show and some draft spots for the bigger guaranteed checks.
