I donβt get why they think calling more fouls or having more refs or βcleaning the game upβ will βchangeβ the game of 1v1 that we all love.
I could see what he means from a players perspective, but.. from an entertainment/business/ the viewerβs perspective, we hate all the fouls.
We love the trash talk and the rivalries and toxic energy. But we hate seeing fouling basketball.
Yall can still put out a great product of 1v1 basketball even with cleaning up the calls. I donβt think it would diminish the game from a viewers perspective at all. Only uplift.
