Kevin Durant (19 PTS and 7 REB) and James Harden (6 PTS, 14 AST) combined for 25 PTS for the Nets, while Joe Harris added 23 PTS (7-10 3PM) in the victory. Anthony Edwards recorded 23 PTS and 4 AST for the Timberwolves, while Karl-Anthony Towns tallied 16 PTS, 8 REB and 6 AST in the losing effort. The Nets improve to 3-1 in the preseason, while the Timberwolves fall to 3-1.

I really hope Steve Nash does not start Blake Griffin at the 5. He is a poor rebounder and can’t even attempt to Protect the ring. Claxton or Aldridge needs to start.

As always. Portland isn’t looking very good though, so they may not make the playoffs this season, and the Spurs and Kings aren’t exactly playoff contenders either. Then there’s OKC, who most likely will be a lottery team again.

I really liked Taurean Prince as the starting Small Forward. I think the starting lineup should be D’Lo, Ant, Prince, McDaniels, and KAT.

Joe Harris need to step up this season! He and Patty Mills can take off a lot of the scoring focus Harden and KD will be asked to do.

Mills needs to slow his release down because it affects his shot. If he can get in rhythm and shoot a “controlled” shot, he will be automatic.

The Nets are really going to play defense with their offense. By that I mean not turning the ball over. These guys have so many options it’s truly scary. The worst part is that they look like they all know their roles and what shots they’re going to get.
