Fomby having a great year, and it look a lot more locked in and discipline, I want to give him his flowers on that before giving criticism of the game. He absolutely should have won this game, and a win against Nesco could have been really big. Cannot let a game like that slip up especially when he was a dominant as he was. He could’ve drove a lot more, he could’ve been a more physical games against bigger matchups you have to kill. I’m extremely proud of Fomby and Scar the way them dudes heads been on the right place good to see because they should be in the top 10s. Just have to capitalize more often on the bigger games.

Although the refs did a horrible job calling this game, it went how it was supposed to. You cannot play the game a certain way with the expectation that your opponent will do the same, especially after previous losses to them. Fomby’s failure to adapt to how the referees call the game -who are not going to change how they call it, opponent fouls/muck up the game when losing- will probably ALWAYS cost him games that he could win. I have much respect for him as one of the few fair and honest players, and I mean few, but please adjust.

I respect fomby so much in this space of basketball. Everyone damn near hacks and fouls on defense cause they know the refs aren’t gonna call it. Thats called exploiting… However you will rarely see once in a blue moon type of rate of fomby doing the same thing. Plays honest defense (how it’s supposed to be played) and honest offense. No dirty tricks, no complaining to the refs, he just comes and puts on a clean offensive performance and not having to hack his opponent on defense. When playing D I see the when the player picks up the for a layup and can anticipate what a player can do based on when they pick up the ball but Nesco travels and takes an extra step when he picks up the ball.
