What I learned is when it comes to basketball you can’t focus on jump training basically jump training ISN’T your main priority in basketball that’s just the way it is. In basketball in general you work on dribbling, shooting, quickness, defense, etc. Dunkers like these great dudes their MAIN focus of training is vertical (jumping) and dunking that’s why they jump very high.

Usually I like more a 2 foot dunker than a one foot, I just think it looks cooler, but damn, Jordan Southerland is the real deal. He can do it all, he has his own style, there’s not quite anything like this in the dunk game in my opinion. Great content!!
