What these old 🐶 🐶 dogs like Charles and Shaq don’t realize is that the new NBA is a fast pace . That means faster pace equals more possessions per game equals more running down the floor and getting more prone to injury due to fatigue.

How necessary is it for the NBA to have back-to-back games? I might be very uninformed for (once again) calling for the NBA to either greatly reduce or totally eliminate back-to-back games, because they contribute to some players either getting injured or not being able to stay healthy.

Basketball is not a game of sissy… i dont understand why GM will draft an unhealthy player!!! In the 80s and 90s, players take it as a pride to play the whole games… Even while injured, they play through those injuries… today once a play has a sore skin, he goes on an eight games off!!!
Joel Embid is exempting himself from games for a post season he isnt even sure they are going to make. And even if they make it, what is the guarantee that he will perform optimal? Or that they are going to make it to the final with him on the team?
Its high time the NBA relates a players pay to the number of games they play…
