Philly ainโ€™t losing to Toronto are people forgetting what siakam did during his last playoff run? He had one of the worst series Iโ€™ve seen from a star in recent memory.

Joel is the mvp for a reason and harden is one as well this league is about star power.

Trust the process of Joel embiid the soon to be league mvp to power the 76ers all the way to the eastern conference finals.

      April 15, 2022 at 10:03 pm

No question about embiid. But is the rest of that team enough to go to the conference finals? That’s the question

People hate the Nets less and the 76ers more after this trade, why does ESPN always ask the dumbest questions? Of course Nets have it harder if theyre lower seed!

Both teams play zone it’s going to be so tiresome. It’s hard isn’t a threat to score they’re just going to swarm Joel. And I agree maybe you can beat three defenders in one series but eventually you’re going to be worn out facing that kind of defense over two seven game series

    April 15, 2022 at 7:35 pm

Philly is either going to the Conference Finals or going out in the first round, no middle ground. The Sixers can do it. Yeah Toronto is tough, but the Sixers have match up advantages that Doc needs to start taking advantage of. And Sixers will have an easier time with the Heat than they will with Toronto. So if they beat Toronto, they’re going to the East Finals…

      April 15, 2022 at 10:10 pm

Match up advantages?? ๐Ÿ˜‚everyone on that team plays defense only mismatch is who ever guarding joel embid if harden donโ€™t step up sixers might go out in the 1st round

sixers’ must to do imo, beyond game strategies,
is to have a talk with Harden and Thybulle.
what nets failed, letting go Harden, is that,
when Harden said, he’s “fine” with nets and Kyrie,
they took his word, and didn’t do anything further.
Harden will prolly do the same with sixers, regardless
how he actually might feel about organization and Thybulle.
that’s y he doesn’t have expectation, bc he is, I feel, disappointed.

bc, even if Thybulle were to be vaccinated, I doubt that it can change
how Harden may feel about the whole situation.
it’s the principle, that they let it happen, or that he would go for his personal interest.
it’s not even about apologizing and expect things to change all of sudden.
it’s about, it’s already damaged, so things are expected to be diff.
meaning, water is already spilled, and there is no way to salvage that water.
but what sixers can do, is to save whatever that’s left in the cup.

don’t expect Harden to give 100%, bc, I believe, he’s lost the purpose, as to y.
that’s what he meant by playing the game, and let whatever happen, happen.
this playoff run, isn’t any diff than, if he were to play every other games.
great news tho, despite however Harden may feel about this situation,
sixers, with so many other options, they can afford to advance with whatever
    they can get outta Harden.
problem is, that’s not enough to win chips.

I’m not sure, what changed Thybulle to not fully get vaccinated.
but, he should’ve seen it coming, if he knew anything about Harden’s situation with nets.
if, sixers are aiming to just go to playoff, without much expectation,
Thybulle or anyone can do whatever is necessary outside basketball imo.
but for winning a chip, everything counts, even personal interest,
bc, they have sacrificed so much, too much in fact, to get to where they are,
    especially Embiid.
although, Jo may seem “fine”, he’s hurting, for every falls, or every time he holds his ankle,
but getting up, and keep playing thru pain, he’s putting everything on line, for this season.
and, his teammates must see, bc, they have fought thru with him.

    I respect Thybull’s decision, same way I view Kyrie’s.
and whatever happens with sixers, they are true champs in my book.
and whether Embiid gets that mvp or not, which he should get it,
Jo is the true mvp, the hero for saving, what could’ve been horrible season for sixers.

Why do all nba fans hate Philly? I love that the East is loaded, because it should be a dog fight to get out and prove yourself is a championship contender! I hope Philly and BK make it to the east conf finals! To blue collar cities going at it for the right to play for a chip! Man what a time to be alive๐Ÿ™๐Ÿซก

If the nets beat the Celtics then the sixers will face Milwaukee in the second round. I like that matchup more than facing the zone defense two series in a row. Giannis still can’t beat the Wall. Between niang and harden on the high block and Joel as the back line of the defense i think you can contain him. Heat would be the tougher match up

Raptors have easier route to NBA finals than the Nets.
