I’m a huge Thunder fan and I think that Mark was very deserving of this award, but it’s insane to me that Spo, arguably one of the consistently best coaches in the league, hasn’t won that award yet.

Nothing against him but he sounded very robotic, very AI-ey. Never really answered anything they asked. Idk was odd. But deserved Thunder looking like serious contenders for, hopefully, the next many years.
you don’t have to play professional basketball to be a great coach. Every word he answered is all about his team, his players and his organisation.

I can’t believe Spoelstra has never won coach of the year. IMO he’s one of the best coaches in the league and has been for several years
