i dont think letting older coaches back is a good idea for their own safety. Covid19 is extremely deadly towards that age range. Some things are bigger than basketball, and we do not want to make choices we will regret later on.

If business as usual before covid 19 were to resume before vaccine, the season should not resume for anyone. However, games without fans is much safer. Wearing ppe(n 95 mask, goggles, face shield) should be required for all coaches and officials.
