Success is that our tactics look competent. Lakers may or may not win it all but they have to look competent. They looked clueless under Ham way before he was in the hotseat. The Lakers won in spite of Ham, not because of him.

In my opinion, the Lakers struggling in making the right moves, falls mostly on Jeanie Buss. She gives off those vibes of, it’s my team, I’ll run it how I want, & nobody can tell me nothing. I say she needs to be replaced or step down.

So JJ gets a pass because he’s vocal and everyone wants to kiss up to him, but literally same scenario with Steve Nash and it was all racial…when Nash is much more qualified in that he was a star player and a POING guard…
