Itβs not coaches fault that KD has zero leadership skills. Itβs not coaches fault KD has no grit. KD needs to take accountability for once, instead pointing his long skinny finger at everyone else. He needed to piggyback off an already established βsuper teamβ to lead him to success. He needed THREE All Stars for his rings. He couldnβt lead OKC, the Nets or the Suns to success on his own. Iβm sorry but heβs a great scorer but a horrible leader. It is what it is.
