12 Assists let’s say all leads to 2-pointers is 24 points responsible for. 3 Blocks a game is 6 points responsible for. Did we just give Embiid the MVP because someone in the media started the “if we give him 3 in a row is he better than bird” narrative. Sure the blocks looks good but are we giving out MVPs for value or fun to watch.

JJ has it completely backwards, I don’t think he was paying attention. Joker always starts off the game passing. If his guys are making shots, he won’t shoot. If his guys are breaking shots, he will shoot. This is why he has the 53 point game. His teammates weren’t making anything. He shot a lot fewer shots in the last game. In fact, he barely shot it all on the first half when the nuggets were hitting shots. Once they went cold in the third quarter, he scored 17 points.

Joel is always falling if you watch the sixers. Ima die hard Sixers fan and Joel is always falling to prevent stress on his knees even when he is healthy. If you look at the play he got hurt on in the nets series. He was falling backwards but tried to keep his balance because Cam Johnson was underneath him. It’s much better for him to just hit the floor

Both were equally impressive, even Embiid winning in Boston is pretty good but Boston is 10-10 their last 20 home games so let’s not act like Boston is some impossible atmosphere to win in. Jokic got a triple double and made everyone around his team better. Also got 6 more rebounds 9 more assists and 1 more steal (since we mention defense) than Embiid. I’d give SLIGHT edge to Jokic but I get why Embiid would be the pick

It is obviously Jokic. Jokic is beating Booker and Durant by himself without a second allstar. Embiid has James Harden who is the reason they won 2 games that series. They are talking like Jokic didn’t play defense. He had more rebounds and had two blocks. That is playing defense…
