GAME 1 REVIEW:
*overall reviews only this time since this was a double header for Team DMV*
Overall this was a very much a statement game for Team NOLA Deontae had to remind niggas why he made it to the league fr and personally Iβm glad he did cuz his loss against Beno was disgusting. As for Lamar β¦ ngl Byrd was right about the game starting at 35 buddy couldnβt miss in the 2nd half overall tho while KB played a supporting role knocking down majority of his shots off the other 2 creating. As for Team DMV ngl Zae has to be better on defense especially if he gonna be mute offensively. When Zae tries on defense they look so much sharper as a unit and we saw that when they played the tri-state team. At the same time Skoob gotta allow Zae to be a PG and create for him and Bruce too. Bruce and Skoob played their game for the most part but like I already stated, when you have an Ex NBA player and Lamarβs confidence on the opposing end and they both catch fire itβs curtains.
GAME 2 REVIEW:
Letβs get straight to it. Pep ainβt ready for this space bro. Send him to whatever is equivalent to the Ballislife G league first. Bro went from calling skoob βoffensively challengedβ to literally looking that way in this game. A whole liability both offensively (cuz he canβt hit a catch and shoot shot or create for his teammates) and defensively cuz buddy like 5β6 smh. Am I blaming him for his team losing β¦ YES. Hov is really good and in my opinion has been getting hoeβd by his teammates in a lot of these match ups. As for big dude (sorry I forgot ur name my g but tell BIL to put it in the description next time.) he too damn big and athletic to be missing layups but at the same time u can genuinely tell he did not give 2 fucks about this game especially after half time smh. Show some effort my g damn niggas ainβt asking u to go 100% but at least go 80% β¦ do it for hov if nobody else cuz I know he tired of losing while playing with a bad hand. This was a much needed redemption win for Team DMV skoob was gun smoke this game and even Bruce got his offensive game going. Even Zae with big dude from Team St. Louis guarding him got some good looks off but this was guaranteed after halftime because they literally couldnβt miss and they started head hunting pep more on offense and with the extra help on defense when big dude got the ball. Solid DMV W. This team is extremely dangerous when Zae is running point and Bruce is hitting off the dribble jumpers because defense and effort is already guaranteed for 2 out of the 3 of them.
