Chuck’s point is be a leader. What you do impacts a lot to the team and to the organization. Lead by example, we know that he is unhappy right now. But you’re paid. PAIDDDDDDDDDDD. $$$$$$$$$$. If you want out? Let them know privately. You just can’t force your way out. You ain’t role player. You’re a superstar. That’s not easy to trade. Also you are in your prime.
