Thank you somebody finally said. It wasn’t about what Krause put together to get 6 championships. it’s about what he did to the city by not allowing that team to defend that 6th championship because of his own ego. That was totally F’d up. So I’m not mad at the city booing Jerry Krause his wife just got caught in the crossfire of it. Not her fault. It was his doing. Jerry Reinsdorf deserves some of that smoke as well because he allowed it. He’s the boss, he could’ve easily told Krause “What not bringing Phil back? Are you crazy? F outta here we ain’t breaking this up we just won our 6th title and we are selling tickets like hotcakes and our merch sales are out the roof. You better not F this bag up, or else you’re outta here”.

Michael Jordan is the worst superstar that has ever been and ever will be yet people are so infatuated with him it’s unbelievable. He gambled he smoked he was a bully he was a bad communicator he was a horrible motivator he was a horrible GM he was a terrible teammate he was selfish and yet all people can say to that is he did all of that to WIN so it’s ok. The guy could have killed one of his teammates some clown here would say it was ok he was weak and MJ had to do it to show him killer mentality. You people are sick disgusting it’s pathetic this killer mentality this idea he did everything to win you FKN clowns he left people with trauma with anxiety with depression he disrespected people bullied people was a horrible human being yet it’s ok because he won. You people are seriously mentally ill everything he did he could have done in a much more healthy balanced positive inspiring motivating team oriented way and still FKN won. There isn’t only Jordan’s way to win and that’s it there isn’t only Jordan’s killer mentality you can still be that but just in a much more empowering way where you inspire your team and lead them in a way which the captain and leader should behave.
This is why people today cannot stand Lebron is because he isn’t like Jordan yet he has had more success than him. Teammates like him he makes everyone better he inspires people he motivates people he is a nice guy doesn’t have a bad thing about him yet still some FKN hater will come on here and say something like well he is 4-6 and cannot win isn’t clutch and doesn’t have killer mentality they will do every single thing to compare him to Jordan who is the last person you want to be your role model
Unbelievable MSM should be ashamed 99% of people who are infatuated with Jordan if you actually set down and had dinner with him and had time to talk to him I guarantee you would absolutely despise him that’s how narrow minded and obsessed he was about winning
And when I say success you FKN clowns I don’t mean chips accolades and individual honours I mean being a FKN man who has honour integrity character and empathy and humility and respect none of those things Jordan has if he did he would be a little more nicer to his FKN GM and his teammates

The disgrace should come from ownership; for not allowing a team that had won three straight championships the opportunity for a 4th in a row.

Mdog is 💯% spot on. Jordan’s legacy is eroding w time. The pettiness w him and pippen not showing up is the same pettiness that kept him at odds w Krause when he played for the bulls. He like many alltime greats – magic, lebron, etc. – think they’re smarter than their GMs when reality shows they’re horrible talent evaluators and franchise managers when they get an opportunity. They want to blame Krause for ending their chip run, but in reality it was Jackson’s arrogance and Jordan’s stubbornness that ended their run. Moreover, even if they all stayed, they couldn’t beat the 99 spurs. Just like they wouldn’t have beat the 94 and 95 rockets. Bulls fans are delusional thinking the bulls were invincible when the rockets and spurs dominated the bulls in the regular season matchups in 94, 95 and 99 seasons.

It’s a shame, doesn’t help the NBA brand either, no sense of tradition.
I know it’s ridiculous, but it showing up for these things does keep some sense of continuity from one era to the next and gives us a chance to see some of the other players we don’t get to see as often.

The tale is not yet complete. The book on MJ and the Chicago Bulls is still being told and yet to be written. And the way it ends for him is similar to that of any autocrat with a cult of personality. At this point, we have an extremely vitriolic Jordan who has failed at his goals at ownership and management. He was never one to take losing well. Hes cutting off everyone at the end, close friends, family members, just as Stalin did. In his final years only a very small circle remains. He believes he is responsible for building the Bulls, and if they dissapear from relevance in the end, its his choice to make. He made them, and so it is his right to unmake them. Jordan never assisted chicago or the bulls in mantaining relevancy once he departed. It was never really about them anyway as he sees it, they were simply vehicles at achieving his own goals. In the end he dies leaving a country without any staying power given of his own accord. The system he created was absolute and was not built with any eyes towards survival beyond him. The Bulls, like the Soviet Union, must wade forward without any lasting guidance of their great leader. Only with that threat that they would be ripped to shreds like kittens once they were gone. Leaving both organizations to be completely remade by necesity with no succession plan by their great leader, and yet still doomed to remain in their shadow forever.

They hated Jerry for the way he treated them

Only mentally unstable dirtbags would boo a dead man, but to do it right in front of his family is downright despicable. Blame the Bulls organization because they knew that Jerry was extremely disliked, especially since the Last Dance depiction of him. It would have been nice to address the crowd beforehand and ask them to be respectful to EVERYONE despite personal feelings 💯 Jordan Pippen no show due to beef 😂

Jordan and Pippen missing that event was pathetic! There’s no defending it. You can’t a few hours of your day to show up to am event to honor you? Selfish.

What Mad dog said about Reinsdorf is true. If they really wanted to keep that team together, they could have. But The Last Dance really did a good job placing the blame on one person. So MJ’s disciples and all the Bulls “fans” who only know about the team because of that documentary have an easy target.
Btw, Barkley talked about this exact same thing on Dan Patrick’s show.

Lmao 😂With the way the Bulls treated MJ and Pippen towards the end of their careers, why should they show up?! Dumb analyst
@ason2023
January 18, 2024 at 2:16 am
Bulls shoulda had MJ’s son and Pippen’s ex wife honor them at the Ring of Honor if them two weren’t gonna show up
@atlien1988
January 18, 2024 at 2:24 am
The Bulls have had two decades to honor the ’96 Bulls team. The fact that they waited until NOW to induct them into the Ring of Honor perfectly explains why they are exactly where they are.

I’m a life long Bulls fan, and I witnessed the 90’s era. I do not blame MJ or Pippen for not showing up (their personal beef is a different story for a different thread). Ultimately, Chicago does not need a “Ring of Honor,” primarily because they already have enough accolades and the Ring of Honor is essentially a gimmick. Also, the Chicago Bulls fans were not boo’ing Mrs. Krause, they were boo’ing the memory of Jerry as a GM. The only GREAT move Jerry made (in my opinion) was drafting MJ. The Bulls never won a chip before or after MJ played for the team. Yes, Jerry was a decent GM, but pushing out MJ and Phil Jackson before the dynasty was finished is basically unforgivable (as it pertains to sports). I don’t know if the Bulls could have won more chips if MJ didn’t retire the second time, but we at least wanted to see…Some people are taking this way too personal, it’s about the team not the person. I think the media is hyping it up for content as well. Hopefully this news story will eventually fade away with the rest of the largely irrelevant noise of sports media.

The whole Kraus thing is silly because the GM does what the OWNER wants!!! The OWNER didn’t want to keep paying which is beyond RIDICULOUS considering how much he was making off Jordan’s back!!!
