Go to the warrior’s.. Tired of the LeBron love fest.. Bring back the Warriors. The NBA seemed more fun, fair, no but fun for fanatics.

No reason to do that; so Milwaukee could gut the team he wants to go to.

Did LeBron ever sign a super max deal and extensions?

There is not a baller in the league who doesn’t want a ring. If he signs a max deal you loose everyone else around you to get one key player. If you want a ring go to Golden state where you can get the next 2-5 rings.

HOW COME YOU NEVER HEAR THESE COMMENTATORS SAY WILT CHAMBERLAIN IS THE GOAT ? Steven A is great but he really needs to look deeper than Mike n Lebron. Great players. But don’t come close to Wilt !

Unless everything he has said publicly has been BS, It makes zero sense for Giannis to leave. Forget financially, but even with his stated desire of winning titles, how would leaving the team that has been literally tailored to suit his strengths help him achieve his goal? Everything from resigning Middleton (who is the only guy I can remember Giannis being vocal about retaining), all the way back to acquiring coach Bud, were done to compliment Giannis style.

So unless everything Giannis has stated thus far is just noise (& imo i just don’t see that in him ), where is a place he can go that would be equally or better positioned to compete for a title that also meets his stated standard as being apart of an organic team? Any team in the West is automatically tasked with a much tougher path to the finals, and the teams close to competing East would require him to pull a KD (joining the guys that knocked ya out).

He’s right huge thunder fan since day one. We still love Russ and we hate KD, if pr is the deal then that’s the move.

If I’m Giannis I’m asking for an all star point guard to come to bucks or else I’m out.. Mavericks would be a great spot for him, I don’t like the Heat rumors he’s got too much pride to go to the team that beat him unlike Durant..

I actually like Brian’s idea. Get that money and if it doesn’t work then trade me.

If it’s all about money (82 million difference), he stays a Buck, racking in all the Bucks, but if it’s about championship (s), he goes, plain and simple.

Rachel and Guy-in-middle are just afraid. Making decisions based on fear is a reactive, archaic, and draconian, way of thinking.
PAUL GEORGE is in the best possible position he’s ever been in, in terms of both winning a championship while being paid on an elite level. That only happened because he took a chance.
Anyway, to me it’s a no-brainer, and Brian Windhorst is thinking outside the box, whereas normal people like Rachel and Middle-guy are thinking in terms of “how can I safely get as much money as I can, right now, guaranteed.” Normal people live normal lives. Extraordinary people live extraordinary lives.
If Giannis wants to be ordinary he will act like Rachel and just stay with the Bucks 5 more years. However, if Giannis wants to be extraordinary, then he’ll take the path Brian has laid out; a risky trust-based decision, BUT WITH ALL THE POWER ON HIS SIDE OF THE TABLE. AD won a ring IMMEDIATELY after being traded after DEMANDING a trade. You’d be a fool to deny that it’ll happen again. Giannis is simply the closest player the NBA has, at present, to a similar Anthony Davis type situation.
Absolutely it’s in both parties best interest for Giannis to sign the 5 year extension while the two parties maintain constant communication about their title chances and Giannis’ desire to remain a Buck; plain and simple. Then he gets paid and can simply decide not to play should Milwaukee not hold up their end of the bargain by winning, at LEAST, the eastern conference.

Only smart choice is take the god dam $$220 mil. Even if you get hurt it’s GUARANTEED. Fully and you’re only 31 when its done. Even suppose you win 0 chips in 6 years in Milwaukee at least between the $221.5M, the $100M 2nd contract and the 8.5M rookie deal plus by the end another $150-200M in endorsements. Just secure that half B bag and you’ll only be 30-31 by the end. Plenty of years to join a superteam and win chips
