The reason why these guys R so good as pre & post game coverage/colour commentary is because they’re the most informed on court knowledgeable player/athletes from the greatest period in basketball history in the 90’s
Where the IQ you need now as a elite level NBA franchise & top 5 player was a normal thing back than because they were all tough + only lebron, KD, Kawhi, Giannis, Stephen curry, all these guys are good with the right stuff but not as much as the 90’s just pick n rolls & logo shots in High volume

The Celtics been a average team since they traded Isiah Thomas, Gordon Hayward & Jae Crowder.

I agree with Chuck on that the fact the Celtics offense is really predictable and stagnant. They rely too heavily on Tatum and Brown. Outside of those players, the Celtics are extremely limited offensively. But just cause the Celtics have two all-stars and the best 2 players between the Knicks and Celtics don’t mean they are better. The Knicks have more talent if you compare roster spots 3-15. But the Celtics have more talent, the Knicks are more of a team

im not sure why nobody in the media ever mentions how bad celtics coaching has been this year. Talked about how much they loved the hire and it would be great but hes in over his head by the looks of it and he isnt the leader that people thought.

celtics play like the raptors did with lowry and derozen when casey was coaching. slow iso ball. it doesnt work anymore. nurse came in and play up and down the floor. harnessed their talent more.

I think Tatum and Brown have the problem of being basically the same player, albeit with a different flavor/style, so when they’re both on the floor they cancel each other out just like how Chuck described them taking turns
