The Warriors got it together and were wreaking havoc and beating playoff teams the last 1.5 months of last season until they literally ran out of steam for the play-ins because they were rotating 6 small guys with no center and no bench due to various injuries. They are getting back their bigs, acquired valuable FA vets that can complement their system, drafted 2 promising but inexperienced rookies and Klay is returning. Brian thinks they will be a better team? What a dramatic prophecy!

They should have been better last year. NO ONE talks about how steph had 3 players injured on Avg all year long. He was 3rd in MVP voting even being out for 2 weeks. Played with 7 to 8 players on the the the last 2 months.

Curry would have to average 34 and Klay 28 this year to get to a WCF. The thing people forget is that GS was the best defensive team in the league or among the top 5 during their dynasty run. They don’t have that type of defense anymore because of to many inexperienced players. They can only get so far.
