@Farhan Majid yes he is. He was the first 50 40 90 after just 3 season using the 3. First season with the 3 he avaraged 40% from 3. He’s the highest scoring PURE shooter in nba history. He was called “the master of the half inch” meaning, he always shot with a hand of his face. He was as efficient of a shooter as there is. You don’t know ball if you bleieve what you just said And i can’t blame you, who has the time to look over bird and old school ballers footage like i do.

@Farhan Majid and in the second year of the 3 point shooting contest (which he won 3 in a row) he scored the highest point (26) which didn’t go broken for another 20 years. This dude was a marksman in every way. Ahead of his team by a mile. GHe’s a better post shooter than curry, better mid range shooter than curry and more clutch as a shooter.

@Mindful Attraction 2.0 and what did he shoot from 3 the four seasons after that? 27%, 21%, 29%, 25%. I am not denying that he was a great shooter or that he was ahead of his time, but hes not in the conversation for greatest shooter ever IMO

@Griffin Herron because his coach didn’t want him practicing those shots. He wanted him to practice mid range more. So he did that. But in 86-88 you saw how efficient he was whene that coach left and got kc jones. The point is that in his first season, he was already a 40% shooter. WAy above avarage
