The “I don’t know “ was saving himself from more embarrassment 😂😂 because he knows a reporter somewhere would ask an NBA owner who would they take Pippen or LeBron James
My success as a team….. What does that mean? “I was on more successful teams”? Even that is debatable. Sure the 6 championship teams were more successful than top 6 of Brons. But how many other times was he on less successful teams? Not mention the main point. Which is how much did they contribute to success of their teams. Pippen was #1 once. And he won 50+games and lost in the second round. Sounds like Lebron at age 41
I think in a redo of Scottie’s career, he doesn’t jump into that first contract that salted him up, he definitely paved the way for Robins, and this is on a team with Rodman and Ron Harper, who was once dubbed the next Jordan and spent the first half of his career battling MJ and Pippen.. If people think it’s outlandish what he’s saying, than you also think Kobe, Shaq’s second, and Tracy Mcgrady and Tony Parker were just aight then too. Duncan was the 2nd at first. MJ was a meteor and still is. He’s Prince and Michael Jackson in one.. shout out to Dennis Rodman, whom, if he cared about the game within the game as much as MJ, or Larry or Magic, would’ve been the GOAT. There’s stats and footage, Dennis held back in the league. Artest as well, misses out because of game within the game politics.. undeniably speaking is LeBron better than Scottie, but from Scottie’s pov, he would never ever let LeBron have an edge over him, which makes his argument in this case completely valid, imo; this also makes his teammates case very strong. Kerr might concur.
🙋🏾♂️ I’m picking Scottie over Bron, because I think Scottie will beat LeBron in a real fight, no better way to get in your opponent’s head than to beat them in fisticuffs 😎hard to see the ball with 2 black eyes
I’m picking LeBron because I’m a greedy capitalist and he sells out stadiums … But pure basketball it’s a legitimate debate.. Scottie was going to lead the Bulls the year MJ left but they cheated for the Knicks to win that year
