Why can’t there be 3 or 5 of the hoopers there with a sign that says foul and no foul on the other side? Any foul call, defer to them and they quickly hold up their call and it’s binding. Keep the pace going so there’s no time to argue and stop the game. This always seemed like an easy solution to me. Getting fouled constantly and not calling it while complaining is not the way.
