I think this game shows the promise that the future holds for the hornets, lamelo is not even 23 yet and is dropping 30 9 9 like its nothing. Mark Williams has been a beast in the paint, and Brandon has the potential to be the next Paul George with a 40% 3pt shot. I really like the hornets playoff odds in 2-3 years

Not to mention they have PJ Washington, Scary Terry, and Miles who was getting all star consideration the season before his incident. Plus Gordan Haywards massive contract ends this year I believe, opening up a ton of cap to work with

Im a celtics fan and gotta say GG to the hornets. Lamelo is a great player. Now I need to rant. WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST WATCH IN THOSE FINAL MINUTES? First of all, Joe Mazzulla STILL can’t use his timeouts property because a good coach would call one when the other team starts to even the score especially in the final minutes. JT had an amazing game so why in the hell is Jaylen Brown throwing up bricks left and right in clutch time. Give it to the hot hand! Terrible free throw shooting too. Holiday is an 81% shooter from the line so he’s gotta make those. Why is Sam Hauser getting the last shot? Give it to tatum! It’s just so infuriating watching this team collapse in the 4th quarter time and time again. Gotta regroup and get ready for Milwaukee on wednesday.

I don’t care about record, Lamelo is a top 3 pg in the east if not top 2. He has been consistently making plays for this team despite the lack of a supporting cast around him. Hopefully this game can turn around my hornets but Lamelo is an all nba gaurd this season. No doubt underrated with people saying Scoot would be better than Ball and Hali, Ant, and Maxey are miles above him. Lamelo is a pure hooper.

Celtics still soft like last year, still don’t know how to play defense for long stretches, still poorly coached, still a turnover machine, still don’t take care of the details it takes to win. This team is born to disappoint. They have played three bad teams and in a row and could have come up 0 and 3 easily. They are not to be trusted in any way. Their 11and 3record is a mirage.
