As a die hard warrior’s fan. I really hoped Poole, would have taken the trade as a learning experience. A way for him to reflect, on what lead to him being moved, after getting that big pay day. He didn’t want to listen to his coach, Curry or any other Vet on the team for that matter, excluding Dray of course,lol. Maybe he just hasn’t fallen far or hard enough yet. To finally realize he need’s to change his attitude & learn some humility. He experienced to success to fast I think & it affected him negatively. He has a lot of maturing to do. If not, he will never stop making boneheaded mistakes, horrible shot selection & bad ball control. He thinks he’s a bonafide superstar already & seems to refuse, fixing anything with his game. Everytime he touches the ball, in his head, its “Poole party time.” Kinda sad, since he has the talent. If he would just keep his head down, work on his craft everyday & just continue to cut his teeth. Then maybe by the time he is 26 or 27 yrs old. He could start to look like the player, a lot of people thought he could be. Untill he stops trying to show off constantly & he learn’s how play & see the game correctly. He will keep dooming himself on the court. I will say, I didn’t care for CP3 that much & I wasn’t to sure how he would fit. He is so much better than J.P. was for us. CP3 seems to be fitting in really well so far. It was a smart move by the Dub’s. Even if it doesn’t work out, he’s off the books after the season. Well sorry for the rant, for anyone who ends up reading all that. JMO at the end if the day, what do I know,lol.
First Warriors/Wizards game is going to be hilarious. They are going to D Poole up in the parking lot before the game until the he gets back on the Wizards bus. Going to be a rough night for the kid.
