These offensive players got 1 speed no change of pace. They either off to the races, then the slow pace guy that did the slow dribble moves and tried to pull up. You gotta learn a good defender like they learn a offensive player.

Defense is all about pure effort and discipline. So whenever I hear the excuse in regard of yourself or defending another player “Nobody plays defense anymore”
