IMO joining GS was a mistake since everybody knew it was a soft move. But I respect him a little more when he decided to leave and try to prove he can do it himself. It didn’t work so far, but I respect him for trying and not just racking up rings from GS.

KD let TV Bums convince him that the Bay Area didn’t love him. smh.

The Bay Area had/has BIG LOVE for KD. He was welcomed and IS welcomed at anytime. #35 in the Rafters🫡🏆

What made kd greatness n what ruined his legacy is him going to nets n than to the suns n each team he got every head coach fired , that’s what ruined his legacy! That’s a stupid question molly !

The stupidest thing he has done is signing extensions and then asking for trades. It’s pure greed to want your max money and still wanna eat your cake too. It guts the team you end up on. He would have been far wiser to be a Free Agent and sign for a team so he has a better chance to win another ring. But hey, maybe he doesn’t care about that anymore.

Somebody said narratives ruining sports. I agree kind of but.. if you can honestly appreciate greatness anyways then appreciate the ride.

If KD joining the Warriors was a mistake, then LeBron joining the Heat was a mistake as well hurting his legacy too. Keep it equal. Both were super teams.

I’m convinced that the media industry is being led to create these false narratives to Ruine KD’s legacy, KD was the best player in Golden State, Brooklyn, and Phoenix. this man gives the game of basketball is all. Yet still every chance every failure false on him at Brooklyn he fought bucks to game 7 all by himself no credit got swept the following year all his fault

If kd n klay didn’t get hurt.. could’ve got one more title

The only thing makes KD relevant is the two rings which basically is steph, but we all without Steph and GSW KD is nothing without everyone knows that
Why are we still arguing this to this day

KD will go down as the greatest 2nd option in nba history thats what his legacy is

He has 2 titles with a team that was video game stacked. These assholes try to say that because he was the best player on a team stacked with great players that the 2017 & 2018 aren’t looked at funny. They are, and always will be. Because the conclusion seemed so inevitable. Not until he wins without a stacked team somewhere else does he get that kind of respect. He’s tried stacking the deck in Brooklyn and then in Phoenix.

You cant really say kd would never got a ring without golden state. If he stayed with okc who knows maybe they beat golden state the following year and beat cavs.

I’ll say this. The 2 rings KD won in Golden State did more for Curry’s legacy than they did his own.

KD cooked himself by joining the Warriors. Yes he did win but what exactly did it prove? He can win with winners? If Steph and the warriors never touched the finals ever again after KD left it’d be different. But the man literally got swept by the team that Steph won the Finals MVP against. It was “Steph needed KD.” Turns out it’s the other way around. KD needs Steph.

It did more harm he hasn’t had any success ever since he left golden state. The opposite of what lebron did that’s why he was rewarded a championship in Cleveland he joined the heat which was a super team but he never joined a team that literally beat him that says more about kd. Kd has no drive or ambition to want to win and that’s exactly why he hasn’t gotten along with none of the teammates he’s had in the past.

Regardless of what KD did, he still a once in a lifetime talent, and you can’t name to many players that’s better than him. Everybody had help, and Regardless of how good any player is, you can’t do it alone
